Welcome to Old Stove Brewing Co, an inviting brewpub nestled in the heart of Seattle's vibrant Pike Place Market. Located at 1901 Western Ave, this stylish establishment is the perfect spot for those looking to indulge in delicious craft beer and mouth-watering cuisine while soaking in breathtaking views of the waterfront.

Old Stove Brewing Co specializes in an impressive array of house-crafted beers—all brewed on-site—perfectly complementing their diverse menu that captures the essence of a modern pub experience. From decadent Burgers & Sandwiches like the Old Stove Burger, made with pure country beef, melty American cheese, and caramelized onions, to their tantalizing Wood Fired Pizzas including the Wild Mushroom topped with foraged mushrooms, mozzarella, and goat cheese fonduta, each dish is a celebration of flavor that promises to tantalize your taste buds.

Imagine savoring a plate of the Fish & Chips, where perfectly battered Blue North cod is served alongside crispy fries and homemade house tartar sauce. It’s a classic dish reimagined that pairs wonderfully with one of their signature brews! Customers rave about the pepperoni pizza, and many return just for a taste of their truffle mushroom pizza, a standout dish laden with rich toppings that will have you dreaming of your next visit.

As you settle into the vibrant atmosphere, the spacious layout, both indoors and on their lovely patio, invites an energetic vibe—a perfect setting for groups or a casual night out. On warm days, bask in the sun while enjoying a delightful sunset view over the city. Guests like Paula Dow have noted how “the service outside on the patio wooden tables was very good and attentive,” making it not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Haley DeLeon shared similar sentiments, highlighting how her group enjoyed not only fantastic dishes like the salmon dip but also the stunning ambiance that the sunset provides.

However, with popularity comes a bit of a bustle. Rich Pearson noted that while the venue is “very busy,” the service remained responsive and friendly, ensuring guests always feel welcomed, even during peak hours. It’s wise to plan ahead, especially if visiting with larger parties, as wait times can be expected—though many find those 35 minutes are worth the wait.

For those looking to unwind, Old Stove Brewing Co is a haven for relaxation and good company. With a rotating selection of handcrafted beers, from IPAs to juicy pale ales, you'll find the perfect brew to complement your meal. Customers like John Wardale have praised the brewery’s array of beer styles, showing that there’s something for everyone—even for casual diners who simply come for a drink and enjoy the atmosphere.

Overall, if you’re in Seattle and seeking a delightful combination of superb food, exceptional beers, and a lively atmosphere, look no further than Old Stove Brewing Co. This cozy brewpub not only satisfies hunger and thirst but also creates lasting memories. Make sure to stop by and experience it for yourself!

Patio seating is open to the public. We were able to get on the wait list for a table of 7. Only had to wait 35 minutes. The service was fast. I got the grilled salmon burger and it was great. Fries are fries. My niece got the pepperoni pizza and that was very good. The flight was also a great option. I highly recommend the pretzel bites.

Stopped in here a few weeks back to have a drink and relax for a bit. We didn't order food so can only speak to the drinks, service, and location. Our waitress was new and she did an amazing job. The drinks we ordered were very good and priced fair. Location is amazing for sitting down and taking in a great view. When we return to Seattle we will pop in again.

The Beer styles are widely varied, and generally good to excellent. The Bar staff is good, but the area is HUGE and VERY LOUD and more "tourist" than "local". Outside has GREAT views, but I don't know what the outside service is like (I came for the beer and sat at the bar) ... I would go "4.5" if that was an option, but decided on "4" because they didn't have anything specific to Seattle or particularly special (outside of one FAVORITE beer ... beer reviews on UnTappd). Photos are views just beyond the their beer barrier, so "the area" not "the BrewPub"

We stopped by here on summer Thursday evening and it was packed! The actual wait time to get a table though was not as long as the (very friendly) waitstaff estimated for our group of five adults. We all enjoyed our drinks, but the salmon dip and the oysters were the real highlights. The sunset view was stunning.

Returned to Old Stove after a prior visit in January 2023. This place is awesome. Our IPAs were delicious. The service outside on the patio wooden tables was very good and attentive. The truffle mushroom pizza with garlic was one of the best mushroom pizzas I think I’ve ever had. We added six zesty wings, which were also Hot and flavorful. You gotta check this place out if you’re in Seattle as the view from that patio adds to the value! We even bought 2 4-packs of the hazy IPA to go when we departed…

Old Stove was a solid spot to kick back with some fish and chips and a cold beer. Honestly, it was one of the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while—and let’s be real, you probably can’t go wrong with a batter made at a brewery, right? It does get busy, especially on a nice day, so if you’re coming with a larger group, expect a bit of a wait. That said, both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are super inviting, with great views and a relaxed vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want quality pub food with house-brewed beer. They also have a few other locations.

Good beer, great location. Very busy. We came here for an event this evening and decided to eat here. Nice new venue. We had a Casey special pizza - it was a sausage and pepper with added mozzarella and pepperoni. Very good off manu choice! The Roasted Sweet Corn dip was very good too. Oh, and the pale ale and blonde was great too :) For a busy place, they were able to seat is fairly quickly.

Updated to add: visited again on a Sunday evening. I had the mushroom pizza and it was so flavorful. My husband had the wings! Their ranch is delicious and has a great dill flavor! We will definitely be back on our next Seattle trip. The bites were soooo tasty and the staff was super friendly and efficient. I’d highly recommend a visit! Not big drinkers but the menu drew us in and glad we stopped by for dinner. We went on a Friday night and had to wait a while but with the views, no complaints! We started with the corn dip and the pretzels. I had the fish and chips and my husband had a burger. We both had garlic fries.
